Summary: Spicy Indian Rice with Toasted Almonds and Marinated Italian Tofu with Assorted Veggies, both recipes adapted from Vegan with a Vengeance. I made a list of recipes from the book I want to try, and I’ll cook my way (more or less, you know, can’t follow a recipe to save my life) through it. And probably I’ll do the same with other cooking books.
