Forty days without meat: day 9

Breakfast:

  • Orange juice
  • Oatmeal with dried cranberries, touch of salt, cinnamon  & tbsp cassonade and milk

Lunch:

  • Three half sandwiches (sliced cheese with mustard, veggie salami, nutella)

Dinner:

  • Roasted root vegetable soup
  • Fresh tortellini filled with spinach, spicy tomato sauce, cheese

Snacks:

  • Fresh cheese
  • Clementine
  • Coffee & tea
  • Speculoos cookie
