Breakfast:

  • Orange juice
  • Musli with milk

Lunch:

  • Sammiches
  • Tomato salad (tomato, olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper)

Dinner:

  •  Pasta with veggie tomato sauce and veggie balls

Snacks:

  • “Sultana” cookies
  • Soy pudding
