Breakfast:

  • Pineapple, orange & mango juice (look, it’s a different juice!)
  • Musli with milk

Lunch:

  • Sammiches

Dinner:

  • Fried rice (shallot, carrot, mushrooms, peas, goose egg in omelette, rice)

Snacks:

  • Drink yogurt
  • Cookie
  • Crisps…
