The falafel comes straight from the store (Delhaize Bio Falafel, if you&#8217;re interested), and boiling potatoes is not that hard, is it?<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_955\" style=\"width: 570px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-07-19.39.48.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-955\" class=\" wp-image-955 \" alt=\"It's yellow!\" src=\"https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-07-19.39.48-1024x768.jpg\" width=\"560\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-07-19.39.48-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-07-19.39.48-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-07-19.39.48-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-955\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">It&#8217;s yellow!<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>For the cauliflower<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 16px;\">1 cauliflower (~700 gr) clean of all leaves and in florets<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp turmeric<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>6\u00a0garlic cloves. minced\u00a0(<em>next time I might put more<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>For the yoghurt sauce<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 16px;\">50 gr plain unsweetened yoghurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp sweetener of choice (I used agave syrup)<\/li>\n<li>salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tsp chopped chives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the sauce: mix all ingredients. (<em>Not that hard, is it?<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 16px;\">Put the cauliflower florets, turmeric and salt in a big pot, cover with water and bring to the boil. Lower to a simmer and cook for 7 minutes. (<\/span><i>Use a lid, saves energy<\/i>)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Drain the cauliflower. Heat the oil in the same pot. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until it starts to stick to the spoon. Add the cauliflower and stir through.
