But then, I am me and I cannot follow a recipe to the t, so I had to add some extra seasoning and change the proportions and such. And what we got was a delicious dinner for two.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_935\" style=\"width: 570px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-04-20.03.32.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-935\" class=\" wp-image-935 \" alt=\"A half serving of Spinach pumpkin lasagna\" src=\"https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-04-20.03.32-1024x768.jpg\" width=\"560\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-04-20.03.32-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-04-20.03.32-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-04-04-20.03.32-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-935\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A half serving of pumpkin spinach lasagna<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 16px;\">6 sheets dry lasagna (~110 gr)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>300 gr frozen spinach<\/li>\n<li>250 gr ricotta<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp dry shallot<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp chopped chives<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>pinch grated nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>300 gr (frozen) pumpkin in cubes<\/li>\n<li>salt &amp; ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp bread crumbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preheat oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 16px;\">Boil some water and soak the lasagna sheets for 5 minutes. Drain and place on a clean kitchen towel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan, add the pumpkin and cook, stirring from time to time, until soft. Season with salt &amp; pepper and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, thaw the spinach in the microwave, and heat until warm. Add the ricotta and stir to combine. Season with the shallot, chives, garlic, nutmeg, salt &amp; pepper.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lightly oil the bottom of an oven safe dish. Place two lasagna sheets on the bottom. Cover with 1\/3 of the spinach mix, then place 1\/2 of the pumpkin on top. Put two more lasagna sheets on top, then 1\/3 of the spinach and the rest of the pumpkin. Cover with the last two lasagna sheets and the rest of the spinach on top.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
