{"id":568,"date":"2012-03-18T20:37:59","date_gmt":"2012-03-18T18:37:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/?p=568"},"modified":"2012-03-18T20:37:59","modified_gmt":"2012-03-18T18:37:59","slug":"forty-days-without-meat-days-25-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/2012\/03\/18\/forty-days-without-meat-days-25-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Forty days without meat: days 25 &#038; 26"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Breakfast:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Orange juice<\/li>\n<li>Musli with milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lunch:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Freshly baked bread &amp; cheese (day 25)<\/li>\n<li>Tofu loaf (day 26)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dinner:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wok with tofu (day 25)<\/li>\n<li>Freshly baked bread &amp; cheese (day 26)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Snacks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cookie<\/li>\n<li>Ice cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bonus recipe:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tofu loaf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 blocks tofu, mashed<\/li>\n<li>150 ml dry quinoa, cooked<\/li>\n<li>1 onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot, chopped<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>250 gr mushrooms, chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>100 ml broth<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried rosemary<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried thyme<\/li>\n<li>black pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Make it:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a pan, heat oil. Saute garlic, onion &amp; carrot until light golden, then add mushrooms and cook until halved in volume. Add herbs and cook a couple more minutes.<\/li>\n<li>In a big bowl, mix tofu, cooked quinoa &amp; mushroom mix.<\/li>\n<li>In a smaller bowl, beat eggs, mix in soy sauce, worcestershire sauce &amp; broth.<\/li>\n<li>Add egg mixture to tofu mixture. Stir to combine. Add pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Place mixture in oven proof pan. Bake at 200\u00b0C for 45 mins.
