{"id":537,"date":"2012-03-06T21:51:46","date_gmt":"2012-03-06T19:51:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/?p=537"},"modified":"2012-03-06T21:51:46","modified_gmt":"2012-03-06T19:51:46","slug":"forty-days-without-meat-day-14","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sade.sadevil.org\/blog\/2012\/03\/06\/forty-days-without-meat-day-14\/","title":{"rendered":"Forty days without meat: day 14"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Breakfast:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Orange juice<\/li>\n<li>Musli with milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lunch:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leek soup<\/li>\n<li>Usual half sandwiches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dinner:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tofu with soy sprouts, rice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Snacks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandarines<\/li>\n<li>Banana<\/li>\n<li>Pastry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bonus recipe:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tofu with soy sprouts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 block firm tofu (~250g gr), pressed for at least an hour<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp mushroom sauce (vegetarian oyster sauce)<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>3 medium carrots, peeled, cut in slices<\/li>\n<li>3 bell peppers (red, yellow &amp; green), chopped into 1.5 cm pieces<\/li>\n<li>250 gr soy sprouts<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vegetable broth powder (or 1\/2 cube)<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp water<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tbsp ginger powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Make it:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the pressed tofu in cubes, and marinate for 15 minutes in a sauce made with the soy sauce &amp; mushroom.<\/li>\n<li>Heat olive oil in a wok. Add drained tofu (keep marinade!). Cook for a few minutes until slightly golden. Remove tofu from wok and keep warm.<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic, carrots &amp; pepper to the wok. Cook for a few minutes, then add ginger, broth powder and water. Bring to a boil and cook fast for a couple of minutes. Add sprout and cook another two minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add reserved tofu and marinade.
